THE 9D JOURNEYS

There isn't just one 9D Breathwork experience.9D has a range of different journeys, each designed to explore different emotions, experiences and patterns. You don't need to know their names. In fact, you don't necessarily need to know what you want to work on.Sometimes you know exactly what's been weighing on you.Sometimes you just know something doesn't feel quite right. And sometimes you've spent so long telling yourself “I'm fine” that you've become pretty convincing. That's okay too.You can start with Let It Go. You don't need to arrive with a problem identified, a story to tell, or anything figured out.

GROUP SESSIONS - LET IT GOOur regular group sessions use Let It Go - a journey that brings together elements from several of the main 9D experiences. It's about letting go of things that may no longer serve you, exploring personal forgiveness and releasing some of the emotional pressure you've been carrying. It gives you a taste of several aspects of 9D rather than concentrating on one particular issue. That's why we think it's a great place to start.

PRIVATE SESSIONSMore focused 9D journeys are available through our private sessions for one or two people. Many people choose to breath Let It Go in their first Private Session.

  • Grief & Loss - Grief isn't only about somebody dying. It can be the end of a relationship or friendship, losing a pet, your health, a career, or somebody who's still alive but no longer part of your life. We can also grieve what never happened - the childhood we didn't have, the relationship we hoped for, the future we imagined, or the person we thought we might become.

  • Guilt & Shame - Guilt can be about something you did, didn't do, or wish you'd done differently. Shame can go deeper - from “I did something wrong” to “there's something wrong with me.” It can become part of how you see yourself, what you believe you deserve and what you're willing to let yourself receive.

  • Anger - Anger isn't always shouting, fighting or losing your temper. Sometimes it's the anger you've spent years suppressing. The resentment you swallow. The things you never said. The boundaries you didn't set. Or the reaction that seems far bigger than whatever just happened. This journey gives you somewhere to explore what's underneath it without having to explain or justify it.

  • Anxiety & Stress - The mind that won't switch off. Constantly thinking ahead, worrying about what might happen, feeling on edge or finding it difficult to properly relax. Sometimes there's an obvious reason. Sometimes everything is actually okay - but your body doesn't seem to have got the message.

  • Family Patterns - The beliefs, behaviours and emotional patterns we can learn from the people who raised us - and sometimes carry forward without even realising it. Including those moments when you hear your parents coming out of your own mouth and think, “Oh for fuck's sake.”

  • Childhood Trauma - Not everything that affects us comes from one enormous event. Sometimes it's what happened. Sometimes it's what repeatedly happened. And sometimes it's what should have happened but didn't. Childhood experiences can continue to influence how we react, protect ourselves, form relationships and move through life today.

  • Self-Trust - Second-guessing yourself. Worrying about what everybody else thinks. Saying yes when you want to say no. Feeling responsible for keeping everyone else happy. Feeling like you're somehow bluffing your way through life - or becoming so accustomed to being what other people need that you've lost sight of who you are when nobody needs anything from you.

  • Self-Worth - That underlying feeling of “I'm not enough.” Not good enough, successful enough, attractive enough, lovable enough or deserving enough. Sometimes it drives us to constantly prove our worth. Sometimes it convinces us not to try in the first place.

  • Stress & Overwhelm - You can be functioning perfectly well and still be exhausted. Going to work. Looking after everybody. Getting shit done. Answering “good” when somebody asks how you are. And quietly wondering how much longer you can keep carrying everything at the same pace.

  • Inner Child - You don't need to have had a terrible childhood for parts of it to still affect you. Things that happened, things that were missing, beliefs you formed and ways you learned to protect yourself can continue showing up decades later in relationships, reactions and choices. The child learned what worked. The adult may no longer need all of it.

  • Moving On - Sometimes you know something is over, but part of you is still holding on. A relationship, a friendship, a loss, a job, a stage of life or simply the way things used to be. Moving on doesn't mean forgetting what happened or pretending it didn't matter. It's about making some room for whatever comes next.

  • Relationships - Relationships can bring out parts of us that don't appear anywhere else. The patterns we repeat. The things we don't say. How we respond to conflict, rejection or feeling misunderstood. How close we allow people to get - and what we do when they do. This journey gives you somewhere to explore your own relationship patterns without needing anyone else in the room.

And others...
You don't have to diagnose yourself or work out which journey you need. If there's something you'd like to explore - or even if you just know something needs to change - tell us what's going on and we'll help you choose. But there's no obligation to talk at all. It's totally fine if you want to just say; "I'll do that journey."

The 9D TripThis one's a little different. The 9D Trip is designed to take you on a psychedelic-style journey - without psychedelic drugs. The track was recorded live inside a traditional shamanic Temazcal (sweat lodge) ceremony in Argentina, creating an immersive experience unlike the other 9D journeys.Meet the Shaman. Breathe from the sacred pipe. And see where the journey takes you. It's about exploration, curiosity and experiencing something completely outside the ordinary.Ideal for couples, friends and small private groups looking for something genuinely different to experience together. The breathing tequnique is extremely simple.Just come for the experience.

FOR YOUNGER MINDS - 13+9D also has a range of shorter journeys suitable for young people aged 13+, designed with younger minds in mind. They focus on things like emotional awareness, navigating big emotions, managing stress and developing a stronger sense of self. For high-school students, that might also mean navigating change, friendships and relationships, expectations, decision-making and the uncertainty that comes with working out who you are and where you're going. The aim isn't to tell young people who they should be. It's to give them some space and tools to better understand themselves as they navigate the challenges of growing up and stepping into the adult world.Available as private sessions or for small private groups.

NOT EVERY JOURNEY IS ABOUT HEALINGSome 9D journeys focus on motivation, achievement, performance and what's possible next. They're designed less around “what do I need to let go of?” and more around “where do I want to go?”That can make them particularly suited to workplace teams, sports teams and other groups looking to explore things like motivation, mindset, focus, self-belief, shared direction and breaking through some of the internal barriers that can get in the way of performance.Available for corporate, workplace, sporting and private groups.
